A girl loves torturing her younger brother with stories of monsters. When she leaves something back at the library, and goes to get it, she sees something that makes her wish that she had never told any of those stories because now, no one believes her.

Luke and Lizzie try to escape Horrorland by going through Panic Park where they must team up with an old foe and face their fears in order to outsmart the Menace.
